Sam came out for what we thought was a possum in our basement. Turned out it was a sizable raccoon. Sam was fantastic! Answered all of our questions. And the best result of all Rocky was trapped overnight. Sam came back in the morning and picked him up. Fantastic company! Reasonable prices! Great communication. This was an amazing experience for a bad situation. I had a dead raccoon in a window well. The technician Micaiah was here within 1 hour, on time, very polite and professional. Removed animal, disinfected and deodorized area. Reasonable rates. Other companies couldn't get here for several days. Thank you for great service. Will definitely use this company again if needed.
